Honestly? I started this business—after 15 years as an educational leadership professor—because I just couldn't take it anymore. I couldn't sit idly by watching talented people losing their edge, taking forever to get urgent projects into the world, struggling with sending their leadership skills down to the classroom, when, um, they don't train education leaders. But damnit, I do.
And so, this business was born. A Mission Disguised as PD. Because I've seen how you move when you're feeling yourself, and I know what you can accomplish when the weight you carry isn't holding you back.
